This project involves the enclosure of an existing balcony to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, including the installation of high-quality glazed windows to create a fully sealed and usable interior space. The scope also covers blockwork construction, comprising a full block wall for structural integrity and a rendered block wall on the front elevation to match the existing architectural finish. Careful attention has been given to maintaining uniformity with the original villa design, with the front façade thoughtfully replicated to ensure visual consistency. All materials and finishes have been selected to seamlessly integrate with the existing structure, resulting in a cohesive extension that blends perfectly with the villa’s original appearance.
